An earthy, boho luxe piece in greens & copper, this necklace features a hand carved tree frog focal. Created in the Elksong studio, this elegant little fellow is carved from translucent, pale green gem grade serpentine. Often referred to as "new jade" or "Soochow jade", this lovely stone is polished to a mellow gleam. Other stone beads on the necklace include large, bold rondelles of heavily matrixed Russian lizardskin serpentine, opaque yellow-green serpentine cylinders, flat ovals of earthy picture jasper, faceted rounds of nephrite jade and smooth rounds of African turquoise & malachite. For contrast & texture, there's beautifully ornate copper Bali style beads & spacers. 

The necklace measures 21" (53.34 cm) in total length, including it's copper toggle clasp.
